i was wondering has anyone attempted to get a refund yet for the game and if it is easy to do?

i kinda doubt it.. how would they know you didnt burn it to a cd or something? it would be like them paying you to have it.. im not sure how that would work.

they offer you a 48 hour money back guarantee. and having it on cd does you no good without an activation code

Now...where you request the refund...I don't know.

Yeah, on a refund they disable your activation code, making the game useless.

well main reason is it isnt cool running down a straight away at 60 fps and all the sudden the game locks up at 3fps for 10 seconds and then goes back to normal and you are in the wall.. this is what ive been complaining about in all those other threads with nascar and f1 challenge.there is something wrong with this pc.

Yeah he got hell!....I mean a Dell!....This is why there is E-Bay...put it up for sale....get rid of it and purchase a computer from where I showed you to go...heck even newegg is selling there lower end models which would be better than what you got now.
