Strange Issue on RuRa

All of a sudden, I can't see a certain user's posts on here and threads are shorter because of this. Does anyone know what's going on?

Usually banned users' posts are kept up after they are banned. Also, every thread this particular user has started are not visible to me either.
EDIT: The user who's posts I can't see is definitely not banned and still posting. What the heck is going on here?

I'm having the same issue. All of the posts are deleted (and threads I'm assuming, but I wouldn't know if they aren't there) and the users posts have been quoted multiple times, but the actual posts are gone.
