Is there a story behind Kyle selecting #54?

Looks Ugly without the Green Sideskirts IMO. But I am guessing it will change by daytona.

Guess all that "Kyle Busch might not attempt any Nationwide races in 2012" was just a myth. Dang it.

According to Jenna Fryer: "Kyle says 51 was unavailable, so 4 is number he and Kurt both started with and stick with the 50s. Hence 54."

Kyle will run 13-15 NNS races and Kurt will run the rest.

This is nice because I only have to boycott one sponsor now.

With the addition of a green splitter, wicker, and skirts, (and possibly spoiler), this scheme would looks fantastic. I love the look of the number too.

However, WTF happened to Carmichael? I'm not too happy Kurt and Kyle are both driving this thing, would have love to have seen Carmichael in the car.

Looks like there's the tiniest bit of green inside the wheels. I think it looks awesome, and adding more green trim to the car (including side skirts) would ruin the appearance.

Personally, I think this car is pretty slick. Blacked out with the exception of the numbers and sponsors. I wish they would have blacked out the Toyota branding, but I don't think Toyota would have liked that.

I never noticed it in this detail before but the number has a chrome beveled border.

From far away it just looks like a metallic gradient.
