There actually is a light blue in the colours section of the Best Buy brand guidelines, its' called 'Highlight Blue'. It's PMS 363, and it's kinda close.

I think it's really effective. You see the logo text and Best Buy colors at even the quickest glance.

I liked the 43's design better artistically, but this one's really effective and will be very visible on TV, which I'm sure is what Best Buy wants.
