Definitely a fresh look to NASCAR. I like the ghost "1" in front of the 99. Also I like all the sponsor incorporated into the background scheme, definitely original. Overall it's pretty sick in my mind.

I don't see why it would be. It's not confusing anyone. And at first glance, you only see the 99 anyway, which is what NASCAR would be concerned with.
