So it's been a couple months now, long enough to people to adjust to the forum so I'm asking you guys what works and what doesn't work so I can continue to make improvements to this.

Its worked fine for me. Any time I want to post a scheme, I just go to the index and find that thread.

The only thing I can think of that would improve it would be another subforum for each series, I'm sure thats probably not possible with this forum, but you asked for feedback.

I think it's working fine, only thing I'd say to add or try would also be another subforum for each series that way cars won't get buried on back pages because they're less popular or run less variety of schemes and end up with multiples like the prelude schemes did...other than that I think it's a huge improvement over how it was and easier to find specific cars.

Since we're on a different version of the forum now, I'll see if sub-forums are actually possible now.

This is tons better than the massive paint scheme thread. I'd agree to add subforums if possible.

I will be the first to admit I bitched and complained when I was getting use to this about possible improvements. But I have to say after 13 races now i think it is. I like this layout much better. I dont hunt for anything I just go to the index if I wonder what is going on with a particular team in a series. Fine as is in my opinion.

Possible improvement would be the subforum per series but I wouldn't die with out it. Thanks for the effort you put into keeping the collection of images of each race team and car in this organized fashion. And thank you to all whom contribute images. Makes paint a butt ton easier when I dont have search in 30 places all the time. 95% of my images come from here. You guys do a great job. The other forums are useful as well but this is my favorite.

I think it is just fine as is. Subforums would be a small tweak to make it perfect, but honestly I'm happy with this, much better than before

Do agree on the subforums thing, if that's possible. And I don't know if there's any way to do this but is there some way to sort the threads by car number or is it always by most recent post?

Bottom of the page. Drop down menu, sort by Subject, order Ascending.

Not sure if you can make it a default way, but it'd work for someone wanting to view it that way.

i thought that was the point of the separate index... it's sorted by series and cars in numerical order... i don't intend to sound like a broken record, but i like the idea of sub-forums... but it's not a necessity. we've all gotten along fine without it up til this point. we'll live without it until its available.

I come here first and dont bother with jayski or google.
