    Windows Live One Care?

    I'm running the try version of this, and was wondering if it is worth buying? I'm going to need anti-virus and spyware programs for school, so would this do the trick or would norton be better?

    Chris, don't even try that crap, it slows your pc down. Get Norton all the way. I have the new Norton 360 and it is AWESOME. You won't be disapointed

    Kaspersky is what I have found to be the most effective and gamer friendly. You can shut it down while gaming and not have the reinstall nuttiness of Norton.

    NOD32 very good protection and does not bog down your system like Norton..............
