Need help....
Ok, I have been trying to get on the sierra servers for a while now and for some reason I can't?
When it gets to the "Checking your versions" screen it times out with a WS_Timeout. After that it gives me this message (see attatched pic)
When I go and check for updates it also gives me the "WS_Timeout" BS.
I have not done anything to my game, it is the same as it always is.
I was wondering if anyone else was having a problem getting on to the servers or is just sierra messed up?

Just went on and had no issues. Have you changed something besides cars?

hmmm maybe try the check for updates? havent gotten on today but about to soon

Ok, i have now went in and uninstalled the game and then reinstalled everything and it still won't work?! I just don't know what to do?!

Now I have gone in and did a disk clean-up, disk defrag and ran a virus scan, everything went smooth....went in and tried the game again, and still nothing?
I even tried making a new user id and that wouldn't even work for me?!
I haven't done anything to the game and haven't been on-line with it since last Weds. night. How could the game be no longer current, dang, haven't even had the thing for 6 months yet? Went to the papy site and there is not any newer verisions or patches availiable for download?
Does anyboy have a clue what is going on or what else I could possibly try? I really need this problem fixed a.s.a.p.
I have a league race tomorrow night and if this doesn't get straightened out by then, I am screwed!!

i got the same problem today. went back a few hours later and everything is fine

Only thing I can think to help is did you delete ALL the files associated with 2003. When you uninstall the game it does leave a couple folders behind.

Thanks for lettin me know 4car. I have been tryin for hours to get on, and still nothing.
Axel, yups...I went through and got rid of everything before I reinstalled...so who knows?

Well, unfortunately the only other thing I can think of is someone somehow got ahold of your cd key.

I want to thank all of you guys for your help...but my problem is all fixed now!! YES.... 
The man came home and did the one thing I did not think of....unplug the cable modem for a bit and let that sucker reset....who knew! LoL
It all good now and Trixi is ready to roll!
