            I can only guess this is a promo pic, no driver's name and the #58 car didn't run in 1998.

              That was late season in '99 and I believe by the time they signed on Hut Stricklin was driving.

                      Was reading the '99 Press & Preview Guide and it mentioned Mark Smith of TriStar was building motors for this team. Thought that was cool.
