      What did the sponsor of this car do? I always liked the look of it, but never knew what the sponsor did.

        IIRC it was the power company for the City of Pittsburgh or something like that. I was told Joe was dating the girl involved with it, and lost the sponsorship after 2000 after she found out about his "mistresses".

          I remember Joe's wife Nancy was somehow involved with that company but don't remember much else about it.

                Funny enough I heard the opposite and that Joe's wife was with the company and they only dropped when the Enron scandal hit and they wanted to clean up their books.
