    40 is the maximum NASCAR can take away with a L1, it's between 10-40 points.

    NASCAR won't say what exactly was illegal so other teams don't try it as well. Just sounds like they did something to the spoiler enough that it failed two different sections.

    Harvick's car had an illegal spoiler. 40 point penalty, win does not count for advancement and he's now just 4 ahead of the cutline. Rodney Childress out for the next 2 races.

    Blaney and Erik Jones receive 20 point penalties for crush panels.

    I believe the only thing that has changed for Phoenix is the location of the flag stand and changes to the grandstands primarily what used to be on the front stretch.
