RuRa is alive for another year.

Thanks to those below for their donations. Next years hosting bill is paid. RuRa is going to have it's 20th birthday!

Google Adsense is no longer viable to pay our web hosting bill. For about a year the earning of advertising has been cut by more than half while the traffic and page views has barely changed. This being said our next web hosing bill is due August 9th. We will need nearly $500 to keep the site alive for another year. We are running close to needing to upgrade our space again, at that time we will be looking at an additional $10 a month for additional space. I don't expect we will need this for another 6 months or so.

      Hi KKR9, not sure what things your looking for, but things are always changing and being worked on. The Arca Series is filling up quickly too, so if you have interest you may want to jump over to the site and register to get your number and spot held. Chicagoland, a new USA/Lakeland, Palm Beach Raceway and MAnsfield are on the docket for tracks to be added. Trucks and COT as well. www.thesimfactory.com/main has more details

          I believethe current plan is to provide at least one make of each (cot & truck) to current users of ASR thru leverage client. Next release of the software ASR2 will have the rest.

            Is there a way that the LeverageClient could somehow be uploaded in a different exe or zip? I had the game until there was a new leverage client update last August, I've tried downloading it, and the install fails, I'm sure it's a problem on my end with permissions I'm betting. I think it's a problem with the exe file while installing (it doesn't install correctly), not the Client itself.

              Some Antivirus and Malware blockers can interfere at times, try disabling them or even temporarily uninstalling has worked for a couple others with the same issue.

                I've done that, didn't work. I think it has to do with the fact that my permissions on my computer (Vista 64 Bit) are messed up.

                  very well could be I assume, maybe try disabling UAC?

                      Man, I guess your issues are as deep as you say. Unfortunately not sure what else I could offer in support or try less thsn formatting thepc to correct the inherent issues. Sorry
