publisher and initial download site. We can always restore the number of
licenses activations as long as you are not sharing the activation code
with other users and the purchase has not been refunded. Please note:
this can be done only after all the activations have been used.

There is never a charge for additional activations.
Please make sure you are entering your activation code correctly. We do
not recommend typing your 32 character code. We recommend copying and
pasting the code in the field provided.
To Copy, highlight the activation code in your email receipt using your
mouse and then press CTRL-C.
To Paste the activation code from your email receipt, click the box you
want to paste to and press CTRL-V.
If you need more help with the COPY/PASTE function, please press your F1
key and search for COPY or PASTE in the help dialog that appears.
