Any reason why they think she's ready for the Nationwide series? I mean come on, she hardly ever finishes races. I know you all will think "well oh it's just bad luck", but I just think she needs to learn how to dodge wrecks first.

Nobody would ever be ready to advance if most of the people on this board ran a team. If you get a good opportunity in better equipment than you're running at any series, you have to take it. You never know when or even if another opportunity will ever present itself. Whether you are ready or not doesn't really matter, because it's a different car and different tracks. You aren't ready to drive any car until you've gotten behind the wheel of it at a particular track.

Johanna is more "ready" to get into a Nationwide car than the majority of guys getting into Nationwide cars. I think it's a good place for her, especially with a team with relatively good equipment in the series committing to her like they have.

Because the team only has the money to run 20-25 races. So, in order to keep their owners points, they worked out a deal with Jay Robinson Racing to use the #70 in the races that ML don't enter. Essentially what's going on with Danica's Cup ride right now,

Johanna is doing 21 races for ML Motorsports and as ElvisOnFire said, Jay Robinson Racing runs the #70 in the races ML Motorsports doesn't. Her next race is Las Vegas.

They auctioned off everything, Nationwide stuff included. Sucks cause Raines had finally picked up a sponsor for the Nationwide car
