I don't think that car has skirts attached, I wouldn't be surprised if they are white to match the splitter.

The stripe on the car has stars on it as well just like on the skirts. Nice and subtle.

If there were no green or blue I would like it, but wow this is probably the worst scheme of the year. And I knew the blue spoiler was for the Dash4Cash, but it's still ugly.

I would have left the skirts orange and faded the green stripe to white or just start with the white at the decklid/shark fin

Bigger sized dots would have made it look more modern/intentional. At that size, it just looks like their printer sucks.
