Seriously tho I think rockbands a good family game or GH, and I play Kung Fu Panda with my nephew. Really any game thats gets everyone involved or isnt violent is a good family game.

any of the Lego Series of games is fun

Personally the most fun games I've found with kids is when you pick up a NES/SNES system and get some old games. Can't go wrong with that :roxs:
