Im gonna order some things to put in my PC, the one I have now is kaput and it is out of date ( 1.4 processor and PC133 sdram--yuck)

This is what I am looking at :

ASUS P5B-Plus mobo
EVGA GeForce 8600 GTS 256MB PCI Express video card
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 processor
Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800 RAM-- 1gb X 2
Western Digital 500GB 7200rpm SATA 3.0 hard drive
(2) 18X LG Lightscribe DVD burners

The rest of the stuff will be from my old PC. Power supply, monitor, sound card and floppy drive.

I would get a different video card. You might think it's a good card because it's a DirectX 10 video card, but I doubt that card could play any DirectX 10 games at a decent frame rate. Either spend some more money for a 8800 or get a cheaper DirectX 9 video card. :tup:
