I have some pictures.... I helped (a little) putting the Cingular body onto the chassis....(JUST A LITTLE).

It is cool... I actually have a room that it would fit into very nicely......same room I am converting over to my poker/pool/bar room.... if I get this thing...I don't get to do the room anymore but this is a COOL arse sim...LOL..

AND JEFF...... LICK IT... .LOL

They are. Those wheels are just propped in there. Looks like the chassis is sitting on top of... some old lifting weights?

It is sweet guys... The BODY is intact... NICE. David did a good job putting that body on the chassis and did a lot of work to make them mesh together at the B pillars and other locations.

it is one of the coolest things I have ever seen for sure...

No No, I thought the car was totalled at the front... no hood etc, as fenders etc were cut at the bulkhead? lol

The frame is intact as far as the front and rear clips, they are however bent. The body is complete, the reason the wheels are just propped up there is because there is no suspension, a-arms rear end etc under it. The frame is sitting on 4 pieces of square tubing on the floor in that pic.

Thanks Tommy and I appreciate the help you gave me on it. The simulator is right now sitting in a 28' enclosed trailer in my dad's shop.

and I would gladly accept the $7000 LOL.

The first one he had was a Lowe's body, this is a semi new one. And in MUCH better condition.

Did you ever sell it?

Tommy Smith
12-07-2007, 07:28 PM
No, I don't think he did. He found a place to store it and I think he is getting a new house soon so he will probably hang onto it. I told him I would store it for him also so he would not have to sell it. David did all the work but Butch and me helped him hang that body. I would hate to see it get sold.

Wade Kilpatrick

true. I would find a way to hang on to that.
